Kristine's Garden

Hail Traveler! I welcome you to my garden. I pray you to rest yourself amidst my flowers whilst I tell you a little of myself.

Throughout my life I have dreamed of pusuing a certain career path- This was to be a famous actress in the far off land of Hollywood, California. I had dreamed of this ever since I was four years of age when I witnessed a truly magical sight called "Star Wars". It is my favorite of movies! I set out to become the next Princess Leia and therefore went to study in the not too far off land of DeKalb, Illinois. I consequently graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors Degree in Theatre Arts. To support my career, I studied and became a professional Bartender. However, I found this career of pouring spirits is one I did not enjoy. I fortunately found a nice job at a floral shop. I truly enjoy working with the flowers and plants and the nice people at the shop. I have found an agent and do some acting work in Chicago. I was also accepted into a Shakespearian Troupe, and am currently appearing in "A Midsummers Nights Dream". I continue my education, by taking classes in Criminal Justice. It all fits oddly together!

I do have interests other than my career. I enjoy reading, fishing, dancing, acting, sailing, taking photographs, watching TV and movies, and just enjoying life. My favorite movie is "Star Wars". I like suspenseful action movies, and black and white movies -especially those starring Cary Grant- one of my all time favorite stars. I like TV shows like "The X-Files", "Roseanne",and the like. My favorite music group is "The Smashing Pumpkins", but I also like "the Oldies", Big Band, and Classical. I love animals and am thankful to be surrounded by our houseful. My cat Deanna is a treasure- and what a personality! I also enjoy history, especially that of Ancient Egypt and of the Pony Express.
